Porsha Bella Jewelry really is a one woman business.


From the initial designs to the creation, it's all just me. I even source the antique and vintage buttons I use in each of my pieces of wearable history by scouring through local antique stores here in France or at the village second hand markets.

I love sourcing from the village markets because I usually get to know the history of the buttons from the seller which is a great feeling. Plus we all end up having a great laugh with my poor grasp of the French language.

Once I've found a new collection of buttons, I take my time deciding how best to feature these new treasures and that's were the magic starts to happen.

I bezel set all of the buttons in solid Sterling silver, which will then feature as a ring, earrings, pendant or a charm.

Buyers need to pay upon ordering. I will not ship any items until full payment has been received.

If you wish to cancel any orders, I will happily refund your order as long as I have not already shipped the item.

Shipping


I use standard international mail, but I can arrange faster international shipping upon request.

Using international mail you need to allow 10-12 working days delivery.  

* Please note, I do NOT insure your item for shipping.  If your item is lost in transit, damaged or stolen, I cannot provide a refund or free replacement item.  I do however use tracked international mail.

Refunds and Exchanges


I hand craft all my pieces of Porsha Bella wearable history. I do not cast or use mass manufactured items so therefore my pieces are not perfect. They may have slight imperfections that come with being handmade. The buttons I use are in most cases well over 100 years old. Seriously, none of us are going to look perfect after 100 years of living!

I will happily refund or exchange any items that are deemed as poor quality workmanship ( I hope this never happens).

I don't offer a refund if you change your mind, but perhaps we can work together to ensure a favourable outcome.

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item by email BEFORE returning any item so I am fully aware of the situation and can do my best to ensure a smooth return for you.
