“Rose” Vintage Louis Vuitton Button Hoop Earrings

These vintage Louis Vuitton button earrings are a silver lover’s dream.

The buttons come from a Louis Vuitton blouse designed by Marc Jacobs in the late 1990s. Jacobs brought a fresh perspective to the house when he joined in 1997, reimagining the monogram and injecting new energy into the fashion shows of the time.

The Buttons

The buttons themselves are highly polished and reflect light beautifully, which makes them tricky to photograph, but even more stunning in person. Their shine catches the eye as they move, making them a playful and elegant statement.

The Earrings

I’ve paired the buttons with on trend sterling silver hoops and hand crafted a polished rub over setting to enhance the high shine of each button. The hoops are comfortable, easy to wear and perfect for everyday style.

If hoops are not your preference, I can also make these with long or short ear hooks. Simply let me know when ordering and I will create the earrings to suit you perfectly.

While the jewellery itself is professionally handcrafted from solid precious metals using traditional goldsmith techniques, designed to last a lifetime, the historic buttons, pearls, and crystals within these designs are inherently more fragile. Their age and patina are what make them so special.
To preserve your piece, please avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, perfume, or impact. Treat it gently, and it will bring you many years of beauty and admiration.

As each piece is entirely handmade and one of a kind, I’m unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for changes of mind, or for age related wear such as button cracking, crystal or pearl loss, or plating lift that may occur over time.
