“Adele” Black White Vintage Chanel Button Earrings

Who says monochrome has to be boring?  90% of my wardrobe consists of black and shades of grey.  If you’re the same, then these button earrings will really speak to you.

Black and white have really stood the test of time.  These two shades have never been out of fashion.  For so many of us, they are staples, comfortable.

When it comes to teaming black and white together, now that’s a winning combination.  Coco Chanel knew style, there’s no doubt about that, so in the 1950’s when she launched a range of crisp, front pleat, high waisted ladies trousers, she added rear flap pockets and these tiny detailed buttons were once adorning those trousers.

These buttons really do make the perfect size earring, with the classic double C’s and the word Chanel.  I have hand crafted these in solid sterling silver, as well as the ear hook.

When these are in your ears, they sit really nicely tucked under your earlobe, because I’ve made the hook closer to the earlobe.

I feel these are earrings that will look just as at place with a blouse and jeans for a weekend BBQ, or glammed right up with your favourite evening dress.  Just run your mind through your wardrobe right now & think of all the rolled neck sweaters, classic blazers and summer frocks you could team these with.  The options are endless.

While the jewellery itself is professionally handcrafted from solid precious metals using traditional goldsmith techniques, designed to last a lifetime, the historic buttons, pearls, and crystals within these designs are inherently more fragile. Their age and patina are what make them so special.
To preserve your piece, please avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, perfume, or impact. Treat it gently, and it will bring you many years of beauty and admiration.

As each piece is entirely handmade and one of a kind, I’m unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for changes of mind, or for age related wear such as button cracking, crystal or pearl loss, or plating lift that may occur over time.
