From Iconic Louis Vuitton to One-of-a-Kind Pendant
This pendant began its journey in the early 1980s as a Louis Vuitton zipper pull. Once the finishing touch on one of the Maison’s most coveted tote bags. In its original life, it travelled the world in the hands of stylish globetrotters, city sophisticates, and women who understood the subtle power of an LV monogram to elevate even the simplest look. A daily touchpoint of luxury, quietly iconic.
Reimagined with Purpose and Artistry
Decades later, I’ve transformed this rare piece of fashion history into a striking statement pendant. It celebrates its past while embracing a new future through skilled craftsmanship and thoughtful design. The original zipper pull is crafted in high shine black resin, adorned with playful gold toned Louis Vuitton monograms and floral emblems, dancing across its surface. Its bold donut shape, complete with central cut out, offers a sculptural silhouette that’s unmistakably eye catching.
Precious Metals Meet Timeless Design
To elevate and honour this storied detail, I’ve designed a completely bespoke setting. Handcrafted from solid sterling silver and finished in an opulent layer of 24ct yellow gold vermeil, it’s a luxurious nod to the piece’s heritage. A warm 9ct yellow gold bail echoes the original gold tones, while a vintage style swivel Albert clasp in bronze offers effortless versatility. You can clip it onto chains, bracelets, or even pearls for your own unique styling.
Signature Craftsmanship, Inside and Out
In true Porsha Bella fashion, it’s what you don’t see at first glance that makes this piece so special. The bespoke setting has been thoughtfully engineered to retain the double sided nature of the original zipper pull. This is a complex feat that requires precision, patience, and respect for the original form. In the industry, it’s known as a “reverse bezel setting.” The back is as open as possible, allowing both faces of the piece to shine. Subtle. Considered. Full of character.
A Pendant for the Style Confident Collector
This pendant isn’t just jewellery, it’s wearable French fashion history. It’s for those who lead with style, who value craftsmanship, and who appreciate the story behind the sparkle. A truly one of a kind piece, bridging the world of heritage luxury with artisanal design. You won’t find another quite like it.
Your jewellery journey begins with a piece of hand crafted wearable history, by Porsha Bella Jewellery.

Caring for Your Gold Vermeil Jewellery
Gold vermeil is a thick layer of 24ct gold over sterling silver. Luxurious, but delicate. To keep it looking beautiful:
-
Avoid water, sweat, perfumes, and lotions.
-
Remove before showering, swimming, or exercising.
-
Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth, no harsh cleaners.
-
Store pieces separately in a dry, cool place.
Over time, gentle fading is natural. It adds character, but re-plating is always an option if you’d like a refresh.
Now for the legal stuff.
*Please note, the buttons used in all of my creations are second hand, antique or vintage, therefore they will show signs of their previous lives. Some scratches, tiny dents, some enamel wear and even tarnishing. I cannot guarantee the quality or longevity of these buttons. In some cases there can be colour variations, and plating lift during the polishing process, this is unavoidable. I’m unable to refund or replace buttons that break or crack. Although I do put every button through rigorous testing to do my best to ensure their longevity. *Disclaimer… I’m not able to guarantee the longevity of any buttons that have crystals or pearls used.
Unlike costume jewellery, my jewellery is professionally hand crafted using traditional Goldsmith techniques and genuine, solid precious metals, so therefore you can wear *some of your Porsha Bella pieces whilst swimming, showering and washing. These activities shouldn’t damage or discolour the precious metals. I never take my jewellery off. However, you may need to polish your jewellery a little more frequently if you want that shiny, brand new look. If you treat your Porsha Bella creation, like the treasure of history it is, you should have an heirloom piece that will stand the test of time. If you have any concerns about how to care for this piece, then please reach out to me and I can help you with tips on getting a long and happy wear life out of it.
