Handcrafted from original late 1970s Gucci buttons, they capture the era when Gucci paired bold design with quiet confidence.

The Allure of the Bee

Each button carries the iconic Gucci bee, a timeless emblem of strength, community, and harmony. The bee has been a symbol of nobility for centuries, often seen in royal insignia.  A subtle nod to those who appreciate the finer details. There’s no brand name on the button itself, and that’s part of their magic. Those who know… will know.

A Colour for Every Season

Originally adorning silk blouses in the late ’70s, these buttons were designed in opposing colours to make a statement. Today, they’re available in black, navy blue, red, yellow, white, apricot, pink, and lime, each one offering its own mood, from sophisticated monochrome to playful spring hues.

Crafted by Hand in the French Alps

Each pair has been individually handcrafted in solid sterling silver (925).  For these soft, pretty pink bees, I’ve added a short, comfortable secure hook,  a subtle touch that enhances the bee’s charm. I like to think of these as the earrings that elevate any outfit.  From a crisp white shirt & jeans to a floral summer dress or cosy winter knit.

Please note, all buttons used in my creations are antique, vintage, or second hand, and will naturally show signs of their previous lives.  Such as gentle surface marks, tiny dents, enamel wear, or soft tarnishing.
Each button is carefully tested and securely set, but as these treasures can be well over a century old, they remain delicate and should be treated with the same care as any fine antique.

While the jewellery itself is professionally handcrafted from solid precious metals using traditional goldsmith techniques, designed to last a lifetime, the historic buttons, pearls, and crystals within these designs are inherently more fragile. Their age and patina are what make them so special.
To preserve your piece, please avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, perfume, or impact. Treat it gently, and it will bring you many years of beauty and admiration.

As each piece is entirely handmade and one of a kind, I’m unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for changes of mind, or for age related wear such as button cracking, crystal or pearl loss, or plating lift that may occur over time.
