The 1950s marked the start of Coco Chanel’s love of pearls, which quickly became a signature element in the fashion house’s designs. Coco Chanel was rumoured to have said that any outfit can be elevated by the simple addition of pearls. These earrings capture that very spirit.

The Buttons

These petite pearl and chain edge detail buttons were originally worn on the bodice of a very fitted black dress with cuffed, elbow length sleeves. The cuffs were white and each featured one of these pearl button embellishments. Vintage Chanel pearl buttons are a rare and exquisite element, bringing a touch of Parisian history and elegance to every creation.

The Earrings

I have combined the timeless beauty of the buttons with a reverse pear shaped stud encrusted with tiny sparkling lab grown diamonds. This design delivers pearls and sparkle in a single elegant piece. The earrings sit comfortably, making them perfect to wear from day to night.

To preserve your piece, please avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals, perfume, or impact. Treat it gently, and it will bring you many years of beauty and admiration.
