These petite Chanel buttons date back to the early 1930’s.  These are actually the smallest Chanel buttons I’ve ever seen and were perfect to be transformed into these crisp, elegant earrings.

These buttons were originally worn on a Chanel button blouse.  From the notes I have, these blouses were a cotton/linen blend in red, white and black fabric.  The buttons were produced to match the fabric colours.  The blouses had short sleeves, stopping just above the elbow.  These buttons even featured on the cuff of the short sleeve.  Can you picture the image in your mind?

Personally, I’m a sucker for white earrings.  They’re clean, fresh and normally grab just the right amount of attention.  The drop of the hook is quite short, so they’re incredibly comfortable to wear all day long & even well into the evening.  You have the added security of the ear hooks being a lever back, so there’s no need to worry about the hooks slipping.  They’re  the total focus in your ears, no bells or whistles, just a stunning white background with those iconic double C’s in gold gilding, filling the entire button face.

Completely hand crafted in solid sterling silver, these are a very impactful pair of hook earrings.  Perfect for evening wear, or to add style to your casual wardrobe.

Unlike costume jewellery, my jewellery is professionally hand crafted using traditional Goldsmith techniques and genuine, solid precious metals, so therefore you can wear *some of your Porsha Bella pieces whilst swimming, showering and washing.  These activities shouldn’t damage or discolour the precious metals.  I never take my jewellery off.  However, you may need to polish your jewellery a little more frequently if you want that shiny, brand new look.  If you treat your Porsha Bella creation, like the treasure of history it is, you should have an heirloom piece that will stand the test of time.  If you have any concerns about how to care for this piece, then please reach out to me and I can help you with tips on getting a long and happy wear life out of it.
