Vintage Dior Button Clip on Earrings

My client has been a Dior devotee for many years and is the owner of some lovely Vintage Dior pieces.  When she realised I now had clip on earrings in my collection, she jumped at the chance to have some custom made, using Vintage Dior buttons.  She wanted them as large as possible, so I knew these would fit the bill.

These amazing Dior buttons are from the 1980s and were originally worn on the jacket of a skirt suit.  The jackets had a peplum waist with large front pockets and these buttons were used as closures and accents on the top of the pockets. 

Hand crafted in solid sterling silver, these simple, yet striking earrings are sure to grab all the attention.
